Oolong teas are partially oxidized and possess some of the qualities of both black and green teas.
They are known for their aromatic, fruity, sometimes sweet and bracing tastes.
These teas are brewed with slightly
less than boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Most oolongs are meant to be brewed multiple times.

Golden Dawn Oolong
This semi-ball oolong tea is on the "green" side of oolong teas. It produces a cup that is extremely aromatic. The liquor is sweet, floral (think lilacs), and silky with a tiny bit of a mineral note just to make it interesting. It also has a little more body than most "green" oolongs.
This tea was made by Mr. Lin Rui Fu of Huqiu town in Anxi County, Fujian, China. This is a Huang Jin Gui style oolong, which are known for producing wonderfully fragrant teas, but sometimes with lighter body.

3 grams | 8 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping
6 grams | 6 oz water | 195°F | Rinse 5 sec. | Steep 30 sec.
Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong
This is an absolutely wonderful Ti Kwan Yin style oolong from Fujian, China, done in the classic style.
The modern trend is for Ti Kwan Yin to be a little sweeter and a little greener. This tea definitely has some sweetness, but that is perfectly balanced by just a tiny bit of baking of the leaf.
The aroma and steeped liquor deliver a marvelous blend of sweet and toasty with a flavor reminiscent of roasted pine nuts.

Peach Oolong
Oolong tea from Taiwan is blended with
peach, apple and flower blossoms to
produce a blend that is appealing to the eye and
palate. Makes a delicious iced tea.

Sweet Strawberry Oolong
This is a wonderfully sweet, smooth, and fruity oolong tea. It is a semi-curled oolong tea from Fujian province of China that steeps up light to medium-bodied, silky, sweet, with the aroma and taste of fresh strawberries wrapping around you with every sip. This oolong tea is INCREDIBLE iced.
